Eligibility & application

High-school delegations participate with faculty advisors or chaperones and agree to the delegate and faculty-advisor codes of conduct. Review committee, delegation and accommodation policies; the conference requires hotel arrangements through ILMUNC for the host hotel and applies restrictions/charges to outside accommodation.

Regular registration: $100 per delegate, $45 per advisor, $70 per school; late delegate fee $125. Host-hotel rate is $309 per room per night plus fees/taxes, with extra charges and committee restrictions for outside accommodation. Financial aid has a separate October 31 application deadline.

January 21–24, 2027 at Philadelphia Marriott Downtown. Each registration period also has its payment deadline; failure to pay moves the delegation to the next rate and can affect committee priority.
