Eligibility & application

Delegates must be enrolled in high school and ages 13–19 on February 11, 2027. Independent delegations may have one delegate, but all delegations require an adult advisor; the advisor ratio is at least one per 25 delegates, and delegation size is capped at 40. Read conduct and liability rules before registration.

Education level: high school

Regular registration: $115 per delegate, $105 per advisor and $105 per delegation. Late registration keeps delegate/advisor rates but raises the delegation fee to $185. Payment-processing, hotel and travel costs are additional. Financial-aid application deadlines have passed.

Washington Hilton conference February 11–14, 2027. Early registration ended at capacity; regular registration ends October 26 and late registration January 4. Payment deadlines are distinct and do not extend registration.
