High-school applicants must be at least 15 by program start and hold a GPA of 3.0 or equivalent. Prior ESAP participants cannot return. Submit an essay, official school transcript and one STEM-teacher recommendation. International applicants have English-proficiency requirements, with a waiver for two years at an English-medium school; aid is restricted to U.S. citizens/permanent residents.
